Do you want to support development of young people and, and, simultaneously, help your employees improve their skills in better understanding Generation Z and Alpha?
The OFF school foundation invites you to take part in a remarkable social project.
This is the first project in the world that focuses on bringing intergenerational change, where representatives of the younger generations (Z and Alpha) become educators for managers and specialist staff in large organisations. They conduct educational sets, form youth advisory councils within which they educate and support change in the company. They personally shed light on the characteristics of their generation, focusing on lesser-known aspects, they debunk false stereotypes, and build intergenerational bridges both within internal communication, external communication with customers, and the brand’s image.
Build communication bridges within your company
Be a socially engaged company
Develop young talents
Equip your employees with effective tools that will allow them to properly communicate with the youngest generations

Youth advisory boards
Our best experts from Generation Z are assigned to participate in a dedicated advisory board established specifically for your company. The board consists of young representatives from Genboost, as well as key stakeholders from the client’s side. The board's goal is to work on issues that represent strategic challenges for the client concerning the younger generation, including areas such as service and product offers, recruitment, advertising, and communication.
We offer support in the following areas
Help with building a Gen Z-friendly organisational culture
Support in the recruitment process (creating job postings, recruitment processes)
Assistance in the development of a marketing strategy
Guidance on product and service development as well as their communication
Power Speech
We also offer one-hour sessions led by the founders of Genboost. The price and the scope of the power speech are determined individually for every client.
Data and analytics
Thanks to our partnership with Master Management, it is possible to add EASI analytics to any service we provide. That allows for a precise assessment of your organisation and later on comparing your results with the “ideal” model of a Gen-Z friendly organisation. With such a data-driven and precise analysis, we can collaboratively build a development map for an individual, team, or an entire company.
Genboost index
The GenbOOst INDEX is a proprietary indicator, based on psychometric tools developed by the Danish company Master Management. It describes the characteristics of Generation Z.
The GenbOOst INDEX is a developmental tool that can be used at all organisational levels, for both employees and managers. Based on test results, the GenbOOst INDEX classifies individuals into four primary types:
Enthusiast
Analyst
Supporter
Implementer
It is frequently used for individual and team development. This practical tool helps in managing everyday challenges.
Thanks to the GenbOOst INDEX, we can accurately identify which areas of development (of an employee, team, or company) require change, and which should be replicated as good practices.
THANK YOU FOR YOUR TRUST
